Media Invitation: The Launch Of Malaysian Wood Expo (MWE) 2025

The Malaysian Timber Council (MTC) is pleased to announce the launch of the Malaysian Wood Expo (MWE) 2025, which will take place on 25 November 2024, at The Glasshouse at Seputeh in Kuala Lumpur, at 2.00pm.

MWE is a premier international trade fair dedicated to wood and woodworking machinery and is one of MTCs flagship programmes. The 2025 edition will mark the third iteration of the Expo, following the success of its debut in 2019 and its equally well-received return in 2023.

This highly anticipated event has consistently attracted some of the worlds leading machinery manufacturers and an impressive roster of international buyers and industry professionals. With over RM320 million in sales revenue generated from previous editions, MWE 2025 promises to further elevate the timber trade, providing growth opportunities for both local and international businesses in the sector.

The Minister of Plantation and Commodities Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani will officiate the launch ceremony.
