PETRONAS GAS BERHAD 33RD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The declining in oil price since the second half of 2014 continued unabated for PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB), which recorded another illustrious performance for the financial year ended 31 December 2015.
PGB Chairman, Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Shamsul Azhar Abbas will enlighten shareholders on the Company’s performance at the 33rd Annual General Meeting and subsequently hold a Press Conference. MD/CEO, Mr Yusa’ Hassan and Chief Financial Officer, Aida Aziza Mohd Jamaludin will also be present.

PGB was incorporated in 1983 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of PETRONAS and listed on the main market of the Bursa Malaysia on 4 September 1995.
Owned 60.66% by PETRONAS, the Company is a Gas Infrastructure and Utilities company with core businesses in Gas Processing and Utilities (GPU) and Gas Transmission and Regasification (GTR).
It processes natural gas piped from offshore fields and transporting the processed gas through the Peninsular Gas Utilisation (PGU) pipeline network to PETRONAS’ customers in Malaysia and Singapore.
