Malaysian Directors Academy (MINDA) now represents the voice of Malaysian Corporate Directors in the corporate governance landscape in pursuit of Enhancing Board Effectiveness. The new MINDA 2.0 looks into the holistic dimension of directors’ development in Malaysia where it provides the following:
