INVITATION TO THE INAUGURAL MALAYSIA'S STRONGEST BRANDS AWARD 2016

On behalf of Y&R Malaysia, we would cordially like to invite you to the inaugural Malaysia Strongest Brand Awards (MSBA) ceremony 2016. The MSBA 2016 are held in recognition of the strongest brands present in Malaysia, based on a globally-accredited, independent assessment tool known as the Brand Asset Valuator(R) (BAV).
The BAV is an advanced, globally-accredited methodology conducted by the top business minds in academia from the likes of MIT, the Wharton Business School and Columbia University to assess a brand's strength and how it can leverage on that strength to maximise financial performance. To determine the recipients of the MSBA 2016, the BAV assessed over 900 brands across 100 categories such as Automotive, Telecommunications, Finance, FMCG and more. To ensure strict adherence to fairness, brands were assessed independently with no submissions allowed. On a global scale, the BAV is the world's largest database of brands, with over 52, 000 brands assessed across 50+ countries, using more than 70 brand metrics for over 2 decades of learning and trending.
Tan Sri Rafidah binti Aziz, Malaysia’s longest-serving International Trade & Industry Minister, will be officiating the launch and awards ceremony, which will also see the participation of captains of industry such as Mark Lankester, Group CEO of Tune Hotels and Jonathan Yabut, winner of The Apprentice Asia, among many other top-level corporate executives across various industries.
