Malaysia hosted the Commonwealth Association for Public Administration & Management (CAPAM) Biennial Conference 2016 with the theme “Innovation – A Public Service Imperative from 18-20 August 2016 at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre(PICC).
YAB Dato’ Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid bin Hamidi, Deputy Prime Minister and The Hon. Tan Sri Dr. Ali Hamsa, CAPAM President of Malaysia will deliver the closing remarks and officiate the closing ceremony of the Commonwealth Association for Public Administration & Management (CAPAM) 2016 Biennial Conference.
