Asia Race Joins Putrajaya’s Federal Territory Celebration Calendar, Enhances Sport Tourism in Malaysia
Malaysia’s Book of Records’ holder for the 'Largest Participation of Duathlon Championship’ and the world’s largest Powerman race returns to Putrajaya in March 2017, with major plans to draw substantial local and foreign participation in the upcoming race. Over 3,000 global top athletes, multi-sport elites and enthusiasts is expected to partake in the race.
Organiser E-Plus Global Sdn Bhd will also organise Powerman races in Thailand and Indonesia. These races are expected to draw duathletes to compete in the Asia championship. With the proliferation of multi-sport athletes in the region, the race in Malaysia aim to be one of the largest multi-sport competitions next year.

Powerman is the premier label for long-distance duathlons. Powerman unites the biggest and most well-known long distance duathlons in the world under the International Powerman Association (IPA).
