Now in its fourth year, LIFE@WORK aims to recognise and celebrate employers with leading workplace strategies that demonstrate their drive, commitment and tenacity to champion the diversity and inclusion agenda.
YB Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department will officiate the event and present the awards to winners of LIFE@WORK 2016. This year's LIFE@WORK submissions include work-life practices that benefit women as well as the multi-generational workforce, people with disabilities and the differently-abled community.
YB Datuk Abdul Rahman will also announce the latest diversity composition of Top 100 public listed companies and launch TalentCorp’s 'My Work My Future' report which identifies five strategies that companies can adopt to implement Flexible Work Arrangements.
