  "CONSUMER EMPOWERMENT IN JOHOR BAHRU" WITH CFM KNOWLEDGE SHARING SESSION

The Communications and Multimedia Consumer Forum of Malaysia (CFM) was established and designated by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) in 2001. We are pleased to invite the members of media to our CFM INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE SHARING SESSION .

In this CFM INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE SHARING SESSION our main objective is to share with the participants on consumer issues related to Communications and Multimedia services.

CFM is tasked with, amongst others, to promote growth of Malaysia’s communications and multimedia industry together with the protection of consumer interests by fostering the highest standards of business ethics and practice through industry self-governance. CFM also provides a channel for complaints redress on Communication and Multimedia services.
