SEMINAR HELPING SMES UNDERSTAND THE COMPETITION LAW

Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC), in collaboration with SME Corp. Malaysia proudly bring you the Seminar on Helping SMEs Understand the Competition Law. For the 2016 edition, the event will feature 2 sessions that will assist SMEs in understanding their rights and the mechanisms of Competition Law implemented here in Malaysia.
The main objective of this Seminar is to support Government’s agenda in helping local SMEs to understand Competition Law and its implication to their businesses. SMEs will be able to obtain a better understanding of the processes and procedures involved also roles and functions of the Malaysia Competition Commission. In addition, SMEs will be able to hear insights and thorough discussion on the impact of Competition Law towards them from speakers of various backgrounds through a panel of discussion.
