PETRONAS ALL ABOUT YOUTH TO ANNOUNCE ALL-STAR CHAMPION

The PETRONAS ALL ABOUT YOUTH (AAY) All Star 2016 competition, which kicked-off in October, will come to a close with the advancement of five teams to the final round of evaluation. The finalists are representatives from SMK Penangah, SMK Bongkol (Sabah), SMK Tatau (Sarawak), SMK Chukai and SMK Padang Pulut (Terengganu).
The three-year old programme, which started out as a pilot project, aims to nurture well-rounded youths in the areas of social development, community well-being and environment. AAY All Star sees the return of 30 schools from Sabah, Sarawak, Terengganu, Kelantan, Melaka and Johor who have participated in previous editions of AAY.
Finalists will be judged based on their creativity, clarity of presentation, originality, impact and sustainability of their projects by a panel of judges comprising PETRONAS, Ministry of Education, Malaysia’s National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS) and Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC).
PETRONAS is pleased to host the Final Judging followed by the Grand Finale and Prize Presentation Ceremony to announce the winning school and champion of PETRONAS AAY All Star 2016.
The dinner will be graced by the Minister of Education, Dato’ Seri Mahdzir Bin Khalid. Also present will be PETRONAS President and Group CEO, Dato’ Wan Zulkiflee Wan Ariffin.

Venue : Banquet Hall, KL Convention Center
There will be interview opportunities with the finalists.
