7TH ASEAN COMPETITION CONFERENCE 2017 - ASEAN@50 - MANAGING CHANGE IN A COMPETITIVE ASEAN

The Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) was established on 1 April 2011 to enforce the provisions contained in the Competition Act 2010 (CA 2010). In accordance with the establishment of the MyCC, one of its key objectives is to raise awareness among the public on the importance of the CA 2010 to businesses, consumers and its overall benefits as whole to the nation's economy.
In line with such objective, the 7th ASEAN Competition Conference ASEAN@50: Managing Change in a Competitive ASEAN in Malaysia is hosted by the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) and co-organised together with the ASEAN Experts Group on Competiton (AEGC), the ASEAN Secretariat, the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade (AANZFTA), Economic Cooperation Support Programme (AECSP), as well as the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, upon commission of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
The MyCC is proud to present a strong line-up of ASEAN-renowned speakers who are experts in their jurisdictions. The attendees comprise competition authorities, regulatory bodies, government agencies, legal practitioners, related international organisations, consumer associations and other relevant stakeholders.
