PETRONAS GAS BERHAD'S 35TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB) closed the financial year ended 31 December 2017 with the highest revenue ever.
PGB Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Kamal Bahrin Ahmad will enlighten its shareholders on the Company's performance at the 35th Annual General Meeting and subsequently hold a Press Conference.
Its Chairman Datuk Mohd Anuar Taib and Chief Financial Officer, Shariza Sharis Mohd Yusoff will also be present.

PGB was incorporated in 1983, initially as a wholly-owned subsidiary of PETRONAS, Malaysia's national oil corporation. The company was subsequently listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 4 September 1995, with PETRONAS owning 60.63% of PGB's shares at the time and the remaining 39.37% held by financial institutions and retail shareholders.
Today, PGB is one of the largest companies on the local bourse, in terms of market capitalisation. The company is also Malaysia's leading gas infrastructure and centralised utilities company with core businesses in Gas Processing, Gas Transportation, Utilities and Regasification.
