KEDAH STATE GOVERNMENT TO LAUNCH RED EAGLE TOUR 2019 CYCLING RACE TO BOOST STATE'S SPORTS TOURISM INDUSTRY

Kedah State Government in collaboration with Master Pacer Venture a renowned top-notch cycling organiser will launch the RED EAGLE TOUR 2019 cycling race followed by a press conference. This international cycling race is part of Kedah's initiatives in boosting the state's sports tourism industry. Besides moulding new amateur young cyclists in Kedah and promoting the scenic tourism spots among tourists, it is also to create a positive impact on the state's -economic prosperity and social development. The Red Eagle Tour 2019 which will be held in April 2019 is expected to bring regional and international cyclists and draw 100,000 spectators and enthusiasts.

Yang Berhormat Mohd Asmirul Anuar bin Aris, Kedah State Executive Councillor & Chairman of Youth and Sports Committee will launch the event and preside the press conference afterwards. In attendance are Dr. Mahadi Mohamad, Chief Executive Officer Menteri Besar Kedah Incorporated and Noraidiazhar Sulaiman, Chief Executive Officer of Master Pacer Venture and Red Eagle Tour.
