FACILITY AGREEMENT SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN BANK ISLAM AND SETEGAP VENTURES PETROLEUM

Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (“Bank Islam”) will be signing a financing facility agreement with Setegap Ventures Petroleum Sdn. Bhd. to finance its capital expenditures and working capital requirements. This facility agreement is part of Bank Islam’s Vendor Financing Programme that aims in providing access to financing to local Oil & Gas Services and Equipment (“OGSE”) vendors.
The event will be graced by Encik Mohd Muazzam Mohamed, Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Bank Islam; and YBhg. Dato’ Nasri Nasrun (Chairman) and Encik Mohd Shahrin Saad, (CEO), representing Setegap Ventures Petroleum.
