About the MoU
This is virtual signing of two MoUs between MTDC with pitchIN and microLEAP to collaborate in the areas of peer-to-peer (P2P) financing, equity crowdfunding (ECF), capital investment that required by local technology through crowdsourcing to support technology commercialisation and development activities. MTDC be able to offer services such as advisory, value-added services, incubation and training to local businesses through crowdfunding platform. Sharing and invitation from pitchIN and microLEAP to any equity crowdfunding and P2P financing campaigns and other relevant activities.
