MEDIA LAUNCH CEREMONY - CIMB ARTOBER 2022

We are pleased to invite members of the media to cover media launch ceremony of CIMB Artober 2022 on 20th October 2022 at Menara KEN TTDI. The CIMB Artober is an annual three-month art, culture and lifestyle campaign, aimed at adding vigour and vitality to the local contemporary art scene. Returning for the third year, the initiative started at the peak of the pandemic in 2020 and its success has positioned CIMB Artober as a platform that artists and art enthusiasts look forward to every year.
CIMB Artober Art & Soul is one of the initiatives under CIMB Artober, which is an art fair featuring local contemporary artists from renowned Malaysian galleries. In addition, CIMB Artober Fashion Week will be featuring resort and art-to-wear collections by reputable designers locally and regionally including Radzuan Radziwill, Pink Jambu, among others.
The event will be graced by the presence of YB Dato’ Sri Hajah Nancy Shukri, Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture as the Guest of Honour.
In addition, a special exhibition, the Pahang Pavilion by Pink Jambu will also be part of this year’s CIMB Artober, showcasing the highly successful passion project of KDYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah, as well as Her Majesty’s private collection of kain tenun DiRaja Pahang.
