As we usher in the new year, Capital A (formerly known as AirAsia Group), the parent company of AirAsia and airasia Super App, will be announcing its renewed commitment to providing enhanced customer experience, as part of its vision to become the most communicative, answerable, and responsive brand in the region.
Capital A CEO Tony Fernandes and AirAsia Aviation Group CEO Limited Bo Lingam will be holding a press conference to say goodbye to AirAsia Virtual Allstar, AVA and to welcome a new technologically advanced Allstar into the family, featuring many exciting upgraded services that will make AirAsia’s customer service more proactive and attentive.
