THE NATIONAL PRESS CLUB OF MALAYSIA'S PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERIES WELCOME DINNER - SAVE THE DATE AND RSVP!
Wednesday 13/12/2023
Strategic opportunities exist to cultivate key players in the fight against disinformation and distorted narratives that threaten the efficacy of government and national administration. Immediate gains and long-term human capital development objectives can be achieved by integrating the technical with the wider parts of communications and journalism training. This ultimately helps Malaysia in its pursuit of a definition of ethical journalism within the confines of the fourth estate.
With that in mind, The National Press Club of Malaysia (NPC) will be organising the NPC Professional Development Series (PDS) programme, which is a set of 10 interactive training courses designed for journalists across the country.
The NPC PDS training programmes are scheduled to be held nationwide in 10 states including Cyberjaya/Putrajaya, Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Pulau Pinang, Selangor, Sabah, and Sarawak.
To launch the NPC PDS, NPC is hosting a Welcome Dinner on 14 December 2023 (Thursday), which will be officiated by the Deputy Minister of Communications, YB Teo Nie Ching.
On behalf of NPC, we would like to take this opportunity to respectfully invite you to attend the Welcome Dinner where more information about the NPC PDS training courses will be announced.
