The upcoming 10th International Conference on Financial Crime and Terrorism Financing (IFCTF) will reveal the latest trends and how best to combat it through robust compliance procedures
 
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 16 (Bernama) -- The 10th International Conference on Financial Crime and Terrorism Financing (IFCTF), which will be held on 30-31 October 2018 in Kuala Lumpur with the theme “The Rising Voice of Compliance – Towards Greater Governance and Transparency”, will explore topics on current events and new trends in these areas and practicable approaches within the realm of compliance.

Datuk Nor Shamsiah Mohd Yunus, Governor of Bank Negara Malaysia will deliver her keynote address on “Reshaping Malaysia's Future – Setting the goal for greater governance and transparency”.
 
Other speakers at the conference include senior representatives from both domestic and international agencies as well as private sector experts, covering compliance measures for terrorism financing, cryptocurrencies, cyber security as well as the menace of the Dark and Deep web. Speakers from BNM, Royal Malaysia Police, CyberSecurity Malaysia, FBI, U.S. Department of Justice and the Malaysian Anti–Corruption Commission, as well as a range of major financial organisations and industry suppliers will participate over the two-day conference. For the first time, we will also be hosting a half day masterclass “360 degrees on Terrorism Financing” on 29 October 2018.
