State Grid Corporation of China's Tianjin Binhai New Area branch has deployed an intelligent early warning system for distribution station in some pilot areas within the eco-city, which achieves accurate on-line early warning and monitoring of potential partial discharge hazards, and let eco-city users enjoy the "zero power outage" service thanks to innovative applications of the electromagnetic wave spatial positioning technology.
